VOCs waste air can be effectively absorbed into the Zeolite for removal after passing through the hydrophobic Zeolite concentration rotating wheel. With the rotation of wheel, the air desorption and wheel regeneration process can be finished on the wheel at the same time. The organic air entering into the concentration wheel will be absorbed and purified by the wheel absorption zone and discharged in normal temperature, then enter into the desorption zone after rotation of the rotating wheel; the wheel which absorbs organic matter will have desorption here, the organic matter absorbed on the wheel will be separated, get desorption and enter into the subsequent treatment system. It will recycle the process. The clean air from the volatile organic compound after Zeolite adsorption will be directly discharged via the chimney. The wheel will rotate at the speed of 1~6r/hr continuously, meanwhile, the absorbed volatile organic compound will be transferred to the desorption zone.
In the desorption zone, one small heating air will finish desorption for the volatile organic compound, the Zeolite wheel after desorption will rotate to the absorption zone to absorb the volatile organic gas continuously.
The concentration organic waste gas will be sent to the incinerator for burning and converting into carbon dioxide and water vapor, then discharged into the atmosphere. The Zeolite rotating wheel can concentrate the high air volume and low concentration waste gas into low air volume and high concentration waste gas, which will reduce the investment and running cost, improve the efficient treatment of VOC waste gas. When dealing with combustion and recycling for high concentration and low air volume waste gas, if there is no Zeolite wheel, direct combustion requires bigger capacity of equipment and the running cost will also be higher.
